1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Strategist Education Advisory ("Strategist," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Strategist provides admission advisory and consulting services for:

• Law university admissions (CLAT, AILET & other entrance exams)
• Medical college admissions (NEET counseling & guidance)
• International university admissions & study abroad consulting
• Career counseling & academic pathway planning

Our services include guidance, strategy, and support. We do not guarantee admission to any specific institution.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Actively participate in the advisory process
• Meet deadlines for applications and documentation
• Follow professional guidance and recommendations
• Comply with all institutional and legal requirements

4. No Guarantee of Admission

While we provide the best possible guidance, admission decisions are made solely by educational institutions. Strategist does not guarantee acceptance into any college, university, or program.

5. Fees and Payment

• Service fees communicated during initial consultation
• Payment terms outlined in individual service agreements
• Fees are non-refundable unless specified in writing
• Additional charges may apply for expedited services

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Personal, academic, and financial details shared during consultations will be protected and used solely for advisory purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Strategist remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Strategist shall not be liable for:

• Admission rejections or delays caused by institutions
• Changes in admission policies by institutions
• Client's failure to meet deadlines or provide accurate info
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the advisory relationship with written notice. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered.

10. Modifications

Strategist reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
